Roles & Responsibilities Terms
These Roles & Responsibilities Terms (these “Terms”) supplement the Testlio Managed Services Agreement, or another agreement entered between Customer and Testlio (the “Agreement”) and apply to the provision of Testlio’s Managed Services. These Terms control in the event of a conflict with the Agreement. Capitalized terms used and not defined in these Terms have the meanings given to them in the Agreement.
For the purpose of Testlio Services, the following terms shall have the definitions set forth below:
“Account Director (AD)” is a member of the Sales team responsible for Customer’s account.
“Delivery Director (DD)” will ensure the business and partnership objectives are achieved, attends quarterly business reviews and partnership alignment meetings to ensure quality assurance gates are identified and applied through the entire SDLC. Primary escalations contact for services.
“Engagement Manager (EM)” will lead client relationships and ensure services remain fully utilized. EM is responsible for general client management and engagement success while serving as the main point of contact for overall relationship. EM acts as the first line of escalation for all inquiries.
“LeoCore” means Testlio’s Platform (as defined in the Agreement) together with the Services described in an Order Form.
“Delivery Manager (DM)” oversees Testing Manager and collaborates on insights and recommendations.
“Tester” is a person who executes tests to verify that software meets expected requirements and functionality.
"Test Lead (TL)” will coordinate test runs, ensuring smooth execution and addressing tester inquiries. It will monitor test runs, review issues logged by testers, and provide results to the TM for final review. A key point of contact during test runs to ensure effective communication and execution.
"Testing Manager (TM)” will manage the testing process and strategy to ensure consistent testing across the entire application suite. The primary point of contact for testing coordination; it ensures test run success, and guides test strategy. The TM will work directly with development and product teams to collaborate on test case authoring and continuous improvements, reviewing issues and test results, compiling test reports, and providing direction for day-to-day quality assurance and tester activities.
