Most payment orchestrators think their merchant integrations are working. And they are. Just not as well as they could be.
The problem is you can only see so much from your side. What you can’t see is what happens when a real user in a real market actually tries to complete a transaction. A broken checkout flow, a failed local payment that looks functional, or a merchant who ships orders before payments are processed are all examples of quiet failures that don’t show up in dashboards.
It's not something you catch internally until the failures start to compound and hit your approval ratios, your merchant revenue, and eventually your relationships. At that point, you are already playing catch-up.
Join Tom Chmielewski, VP of EMEA & APAC at Testlio, and Bozhena Labinska, Merchant Integrations Lead at Solidgate, on July 9th for a 20-minute fireside chat on how leading payment teams are using real-world testing to recover revenue they never knew they were losing.

Bozhena Labinska
Bozhena Labinska leads merchant integrations and technical support at Solidgate, a payment orchestration platform helping subscription and e-commerce businesses optimize their payment infrastructure across global markets. She owns the end-to-end process of bringing merchants live and keeping their payment flows performing. Over nearly three years at Solidgate, she has progressed through every layer of the merchant-facing stack – from customer and technical support to integration management – giving her a firsthand view of where payment implementations break down in practice. She has guided integrations across dozens of markets and payment methods, working directly with merchants to ensure their setups hold up under real-world conditions. In this fireside chat, Bozhena brings that accumulated experience to a conversation about what it actually takes to catch integration failures before they become revenue problems.
